Ave Design
Brand, strategy, and creative agency specialising in charity work and NGOs.
Ave Design enlisted us to build a new website for training and apprenticeships broker Innovion. Innovion match up companies looking to take on apprentices with those looking for apprenticeships in STEM fields. We developed a bespoke WordPress site based on Ave’s designs.
The Innovion team use the site in three main ways. The first is to advertise open apprenticeships. Secondly, visitors can use the site to enquire about any apprenticeship they are interested in. When they do, their details are automatically sent to Innovion’s Salesforce CRM system.
Finally, the site offers a range of information for employers and how Innovion could help them run a successful apprenticeship programme and how to support further career development.
We teamed up with Ave Design to tackle this new site for the London Football Awards, part of the Willow Foundation. They kitted out the LFA with some new branding, and also produced the full site designs. Once they were signed off they passed them onto us to build into a modular-style, bespoke WordPress site.
This was a project of two halves. In the first, we created the spine of the site and four key pages – the . was also brought off the bench for phase one to make an impact. The first half was built to slot in with a soft launch of the LFA brand with a pressing deadline. In the second half, we finished off the rest of the pages and deployed the site before the whistle was blown.
First, we created the spine of the site and five key pages – homepage, Booking, Contact, Partners and an About Willow page. This phase coincided with a soft launch of the LFA brand and was delivered on time despite a pressing deadline. Then we finished off the rest of the pages and deployed the second version of the site.
This is another great bespoke WordPress project we built with Ave. We developed the site based on Ave’s designs and have been on hand to upgrade the site as it grows with the organisation.
The site has a wide audience, from young people across the capital to youth centre programme administrators and sponsors. The site has specific areas to cater for everyone.
London Youth run many mentoring and support programmes for young people in London. People involved in these programmes can log in to the site and see updates and resources for the programmes they are enrolled on. For example, London Youth run a programme all about employability, helping young Londoners step into the working world. Through their new site, the London Youth team are able to easily manage these accounts and publish several different types of resources to each programme as needed.
The site also has a number of SEO optimisations too and is accessible to a WCAG AA standard.
